I hereby assign and grant to OMBE Surf Pty Ltd and its associated entities the right and permission to use and publish the photographs/film/video tapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings that have been planned, filmed and performed in.

I hereby release OMBE Surf Pty Ltd from any and all liability from such use and publication.

I hereby authorise the reproduction, sale, copyright, exhibit, broadcast. electronic storage and/or distribution of said photographs/film/video tapes/electronic representations and/or sound recordings without limitation across all media and in perpetuity at the discretion of OMBE Surf Pty Ltd and I specifically waive any right to any compensation I may have.
