About this training program

The mind is most common issue for most surfers and the number one thing holding you back. Fear, stress, anxiety or just distractions will all negatively impact your surfing. If you can take control of your mind, you allow your body to move and respond to the waves better, otherwise, you bring tension into your surfing, making movement more difficult or you race ahead running from the wave to find safety. This is a problem for surfers of all skill levels.
